Password Security: Your encryption key is derived from your password. If you lose your password, we cannot recover your notes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Content: You are responsible for the content you create and store in SecureNote. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes.
We strive to keep SecureNote available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
SecureNote is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. While we prioritize security, no digital system is 100% impenetrable. You use the service at your own risk.
SecureNote and its developers shall not be liable for any loss of data, security breaches, or any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
